Best Green Smoothie

Ingredients
1 lemon, peeled
1 apple, core cut out
2 celery sticks
1 carrot
1 inch cube of ginger root
6 ice cubes
1/2 cup water
1 large handful of spinach
1 cucumber

Directions
Put all the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes two large glasses.
